Hatyal Narasimha Swamy Temple: Powerful God

Hatyal Narasimha Swamy Temple is in a village (Hill) Yagachikatte Tumkur, Located towards KB cross when you are going from Tumkur. I have no idea how many times I have visited this place since childhood to get blessings from powerful god Narasimha Swamy.

How to reach Hatyal betta?

To reach Hatyal betta, if you are planning to come by bus you need to take a private bus, as the Govt bus doesn’t give stop. if you are coming by private vehicle it will be easy for you. I am sharing the map location to reach Hatyal betta.

Once we reach the Arch (entrance of the hill), we used to walk till the top of the mountain to visit the temple, But now you can go by private vehicle, auto (available at the entrance). We can reach the top of the hill in two ways: direct to the top of the mountain, the second way is further that goes behind the hill (there we have another temple called Kenchappa) to reach the top.

Once you get blessings from God, for some Devotees purohitharu used to put holy water on their body to get rid of fear (negative energy) in the devotees. There is another temple at the feet of the temple called kenchappa temple.

People who got scared because of bad dreams or negative energy will come here and take blessings from God and get Taytha (sacred thread) from purohitaru (one who makes pooja).

My humble request to devotees is not to throw plastics near the temple, try to keep it clean.
